Non participation reasons of highly innovative ICT SMEs in respect of FP7

IVSZ has successfully applied for an EU funded tender last year that aims to collect the non-participation reasons of highly innovative ICT SMEs in respect of their participation in FP programmes (and similarly to MAPEER SME, they we will have to come up with recommendations that could help the EC to improve the circumstances).
The tender is implemented by two organisations and we need to collect the views of SMEs in all European countries, which is a real challenge.
