Erik van Ommeren, Director of Innovation at Sogeti and author of Collaboration in the Cloud speaks to Momentum about Cloud computing.
Erik spoke at an event in Belfast on Friday 27 November organised by Socitm
– the Society of Information Technology Management and supported by Momentum and Sogeti.
Also speaking at the event were Chris Rae, Director Solution Sales, CA, Dr Mark Reid, Sopra Group Applications Outsorcing Manager and John Lennon, Novosco.
The presentation ranged beyond the unexpected including new management and leadership thinking, how younger people’s expectations are driving change in information technology and how the business IT department will change to manage the use of Cloud computing.
During the presentation Erik asked the audience what they thought could computing is. Davy Sims spoke to Erik after the presentation and asked him the same question.
